Overview of the Rkgg Affiliate Program

The Rkgg Affiliate Program enables compliant partners to promote the Rkgg branded online casino and sportsbook offerings. Participation is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Affiliates may earn commissions by referring qualifying players, using approved marketing materials, and complying with applicable laws and program rules. Rkgg retains sole discretion to approve or reject applications and to determine commission eligibility, tracking, and payout in accordance with the terms herein.

Eligibility and Onboarding

Enrollment requires submission of a registration through the official affiliate interface and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. Rkgg may require KYC verification and other information to verify identity and prevent illicit activity. Approval is at the sole discretion of Rkggs Affiliate Department. Upon approval, affiliates receive tracking links, access to approved marketing assets, and, where applicable, a dedicated account manager to assist with setup and optimization.

Commission Models

  • Revenue Share: A tiered share of eligible gross revenue generated by referred players. The program supports growth through performance based tiers with a maximum potential rate up to 50 percent, subject to volume and compliance criteria.
  • CPA: A fixed payment up to 1 000 USD for each first time deposit made by a referred player, contingent on successful verification of traffic and eligibility under campaign terms.
  • Hybrid CPA plus RevShare: A combined model offering both CPA and revenue share, typically in the range of 30 to 50 percent of revenue plus eligible CPA for initial deposits, as defined in the contractual schedule.

Terms and exact percentages are specified in the contract and may change in accordance with program policies and performance milestones.

Tracking, Reporting and Attribution

Affiliates have access to real time statistics, a dashboard, and downloadable reports. Data covers clicks, registrations, deposits, revenue, and payments. An assigned affiliate manager provides guidance to optimize campaigns and maximize earnings, and all activity is tracked via approved attribution methods aligned with regulatory and program rules.

Payouts and Payment Terms

Commissions accrue under the applicable model and are paid in the currency defined in the affiliate account. Payouts are processed on a defined monthly cycle following validation and compliance checks. A minimum payout threshold applies as set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Rkgg offers multiple payment options including traditional methods and cryptocurrency where available. Payments are subject to standard verification procedures and may be paused for compliance reviews or dispute resolution.

Promotions, Creatives and Campaign Compliance

Rkgg provides marketing assets including banners, landing pages, tracking links, and promotional copy. Affiliates may request bespoke campaigns and exclusive offers, subject to brand guidelines and approval. Affiliates must not modify approved creatives beyond authorized updates and must ensure all promotional activity complies with applicable laws and advertising standards. Campaigns may require disclosure of the sponsor relationship and must avoid misrepresentation or deceptive practices.

Compliance, Responsible Gambling and KYC

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. This includes adherence to responsible gambling practices and avoidance of marketing to underage or self excluded individuals. KYC and AML checks may be conducted for referred players and affiliates. Affiliates must maintain accurate records and cooperate with Rkgg compliance teams. Any suspected wrongdoing must be reported promptly.

Privacy, Data Security and Confidentiality

Affiliates shall protect personal and business data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Data processing and transfer must be conducted securely, and affiliates must notify Rkgg of any data breach or security incident without delay. Confidential information relating to Rkgg operations, marketing strategies, and payout terms must be safeguarded and not disclosed to third parties without written authorization.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from commissions, payments, or program terms shall be resolved through the program's compliance and legal processes. Governing law and jurisdiction are as stated in the General Terms and Conditions. Final decisions on disputes rest with Rkgg after appropriate review and investigation.

Modification and Termination

Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or an affiliate account for reasons including non compliance, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity. Updates to Terms will be communicated to affiliates; existing affiliates may discontinue participation within two weeks after notice if they choose not to accept the revised terms, in accordance with the stated update policy.
