Sport Betting Rules
Scope and interpretation
These rules govern all sports betting services provided by Rkgg through its website and mobile portals. They supplement the Operator's General Terms and Conditions and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency. The English version governs the interpretation of these rules; translations, where any, are for convenience only. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand how bets operate and to verify event status prior to placing wagers.
Bet acceptance and validity
- Bets are accepted up to the published start time of the event or market. Live betting markets may operate under separate conditions published with the market. Bets placed after the start time in non live markets are typically void.
- All settlements are calculated on decimal odds. In markets with multiple winners (a dead heat or tie among more than one participant), the stake is divided equally among the winning selections and each winning share is settled at the full odds applicable to that selection.
- If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined window, or otherwise voided under the rules, related bets are void unless the market has already produced an unconditional winner. Where a portion of a market is already determined, those outcomes may stand while other parts are voided.
- Rkgg may correct obvious errors in prices or bets and may, at its discretion, void bets placed in error or on an obviously mispriced market. Bets placed using incorrect data or after a market has been suspended may be voided.
- The customer bears the risk of relying on live data feeds or third party information supplied for market construction. Rkgg provides data on an as‑is basis and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
Event status, postponements and venue changes
- If an event does not begin or finish in accordance with its scheduled times, bets on the affected markets may be voided unless a market has been unconditionally determined. Abandoned events may leave only settled markets in effect.
- A change of venue or home/away designation can render bets on the affected match void, unless the market rules admit otherwise. For non‑team events, markets are generally valid unless stated otherwise.
- If an opponent is changed from the advertised one, bets on that match may be voided at Rkgg’s discretion.
- Period and schedule amendments that modify the duration or format of an event may lead to voiding of bets, unless the market rules specify otherwise.
Results, settlement and dispute resolution
- Settlements are based on the official result published by the event’s governing body or the competition’s official source. In the absence of an official result, Rkgg may rely on independent records or internal statistics, with the final determination resting with Rkgg’s decision.
- In case of conflicting results between the official source and what appears on the results page, Rkgg will determine the final result using available video material or the governing body’s published result. If neither is available, the official result governs and is binding.
- Markets are generally settled promptly after the event concludes. If a settlement is performed in error, Rkgg reserves the right to reverse or adjust the settlement and corresponding balances accordingly.
- Rkgg reserves the right to suspend settlement if uncertainty about a result persists. Amendments to results will not normally be made more than 72 hours after the conclusion of the event unless the governing body requires otherwise.
Market types and fundamental rules
- Outright bets cover the winner of an event, race, or tournament at any stage of the competition. If a participant does not start, such bets are void. In the event of multiple winners, stakes are divided evenly among winners and settled at the stated odds.
- Moneyline bets select one participant or outcome to win. The remaining participants and the field are considered in relation to the market structure used by Rkgg. The field generally represents all other competitors not explicitly named in the market.
- Handicap and Asian Handicap markets adjust the participant’s or team’s score by a theoretical margin before settlement. The result after applying the handicap determines the winner. If the adjusted score results in a push, bettors may receive a portion or full stake back depending on whether the handicap includes half‑points. Where a half‑point handicap exists, a push results in half‑stake refunds as defined by the market rules.
- Over/Under and Odd/Even markets settle based on the aggregate total of the relevant statistic (goals, points, etc.). A push occurs where the final total exactly equals the listed threshold; the stake is refunded.
- Other markets including First Goal, Last Goal, Half‑Time/Full‑Time, Correct Score and various goal, corner, or period based bets have settlements aligned with the standard interpretation of the market and the official results. Specific market rules apply for any exceptional or sport specific markets.
- Multi bets and system bets: A multi bet requires all selections to win for a payout. If any selection loses, the multi loses. If any selection is postponed or not run, odds for affected selections revert to 1.00. System bets function similarly but allow for partial winning combinations; the precise calculation is market‑specific and may vary by market type.
- Related contingencies or dependent selections within a single market are generally not accepted as a single wager. If detected, such bets may be treated as individual bets or voided at Rkgg’s discretion.
In‑play betting and live data
- Live or in‑running betting is subject to rapid odds movement. Rkgg may suspend, suspend and resume, or withdraw live markets at any time. Prices shown during live play are indicative and not guaranteed for the entire event.
- Acceptance timing for live bets may utilize timer or manual controls. Bets placed using timer acceptance are subject to a countdown and may be rejected or adjusted by Rkgg if the event data changes or a technical issue occurs.
- Data feeds used for live markets are provided by third party sources and may be delayed or incomplete. Bets placed based on such data are at the customer’s risk, and Rkgg bears no liability for data inaccuracies.
Injury, non‑participants and market integrity
- If a participant withdraws or is unable to continue, bets remain valid where the event has commenced unless the market rules specify otherwise. In some cases Rkgg may void affected bets or apply a rule4 deduction in response to market adjustments due to injuries or withdrawals.
- Rkgg reserves the right to void bets, withhold payments, or suspend markets in cases of suspected match fixing, corruption, or integrity concerns of a market or event.
Claims, disputes and timing
- Customers must lodge claims about decisions or settlements within a defined period after the event or bet original start time. Late claims may be denied unless exceptional circumstances apply. Rkgg will provide a final decision and may communicate a justification upon request.
- All disputes are handled through the internal dispute resolution process. The decision rendered by Rkgg is final and binding unless subsequently overridden by an authority with regulatory oversight or by governing body rulings where applicable.
Minimums, maximums and account considerations
The minimum bet amount, maximum winnings, and stake limits vary by sport, market and jurisdiction. These limits are displayed at the point of bet entry. Bets must be placed by a customer with a valid account and sufficient funds to cover the stake. Rkgg reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close bets or accounts in accordance with applicable law and internal risk controls.
Data accuracy, errors and policy changes
Rkgg provides data and market information on an as is basis. While reasonable steps are taken to maintain accuracy, it is not guaranteed. Rkgg may amend these rules at any time and such amendments are binding when posted on the platform. Customers' continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
