Self-exclusion Policy

Scope and purpose

Rkgg maintains a Self-Exclusion Policy to assist players who wish to suspend participation in all gambling activities on the Site for a defined period or indefinitely. This policy sets out the available exclusion options, the effects on the User’s account and promotions, and the procedures to implement, manage, and terminate exclusions in a compliant and transparent manner.

Definitions

  • Self-Exclusion means a user-requested suspension of access to all gambling services on the Site for a specified period, effective immediately upon submission through approved channels.
  • Cooling-off means a temporary, shorter form of exclusion intended to provide a structured break from gambling, with automatic reactivation at the end of the chosen period.
  • Linked accounts means accounts that share identifiers such as household, device, email address, payment methods, or environments where computers are shared; action taken under Self-Exclusion applies to all linked accounts.
  • Periods refers to the duration of an exclusion as selected by the User, subject to applicable jurisdictional minimums and policy limits.

Initiating self-exclusion

The User may initiate Self-Exclusion by logging into the Account page and selecting the Self-Exclusion option. If access to the Account is not available, the User may submit a written request to support to enforce Self-Exclusion for the requested period. Requests made via live chat are not actioned; use the official support channel only.

Available exclusion periods:

  • Non-UK residents: The User selects a period; the User’s Account is disabled for that period and will automatically reactivate at its conclusion, unless the User submits a new exclusion request.
  • UK residents: A minimum exclusion period of six (6) months applies; at the end of the period, reactivation requires contact with Customer Support to restore access.
  • Extended exclusions: Periods longer than one year may be requested in accordance with the Terms of Use; for exclusions exceeding three (3) years, Rkgg reserves the right to terminate the User’s registration and process refunds of the User’s funds under applicable withdrawal policies, subject to the Terms of Use.

Effects during exclusion

  • During a Self-Exclusion period, the User’s access to the Personal Account and all Site services is suspended; login, deposits, and withdrawals are not permitted.
  • The User is excluded from all promotional offers, loyalty programs, and targeted communications for the duration of the exclusion.
  • Entries into promotions or draws made prior to Self-Exclusion, as well as non-cash prizes or invitations not yet redeemed, may be forfeited or withdrawn if they fall due during the exclusion period.
  • Linked accounts are automatically covered by the exclusion; access from shared devices or environments may be restricted to prevent circumvention.
  • Rkgg may take additional steps if it reasonably believes continued gambling would cause financial or personal difficulties for the User.

Cooling-off (UK residents)

A cooling-off period may be requested for 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. The cooling-off period is a temporary suspension that ends automatically at the conclusion of the defined period, with automatic reactivation of the User’s account.

Reactivation after exclusion

  • UK residents: Reactivation requires explicit confirmation from Customer Support following the completion of the exclusion period.
  • Non-UK residents: Reactivation occurs automatically at the end of the exclusion period, unless a new exclusion is initiated.

Other circumstances

Rkgg reserves the right to close a User’s Account if it reasonably believes that gambling would cause financial or personal difficulties. The User must not open a new Account. If a new Account is opened, any resulting liability remains with the User, and Rkgg will have no obligation to restore access or funds absent a proper withdrawal in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Data and privacy

Self-Exclusion data will be processed solely for the purposes of enforcing exclusion and ensuring regulatory compliance. Data handling complies with applicable data protection laws and the Site’s Privacy Policy.

Policy updates and communications

Rkgg may amend this Self-Exclusion Policy. The version in force at the time of a Self-Exclusion request governs the exclusion. Users will be notified of material changes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
