Scope, Eligibility and Verification

These Bonus Rules govern all bonus offers issued by Rkgg. Eligibility is restricted to real‑money players who have completed required identity verification and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Verification data must be current and accurate; incomplete verification may prevent claim of bonuses or withdrawals.

Activation, Claiming and Limits

If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fulfilled, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited. Abusive patterns include guarantees of profit, collusive play, multi‑account schemes, or exploiting promotion mechanics beyond the intended fair use.

Modification, Cancellation and Communication of Terms

Rkgg may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at its discretion. Material changes will be communicated in a timely manner. Non‑material adjustments to terms may occur without prior notice. The terms applicable to a promotion are those in effect at the time of issuance, and the governing terms remain the Terms and Conditions of the site.

Loyalty, Promotions and Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are designed for recreational play. Eligibility may be limited by region, account status, or other criteria as determined by Rkgg. Participation in promotions does not guarantee winnings and promotional awards are non‑transferable between accounts. Rkgg may set time‑bound windows for loyalty bonuses and reserves the right to adjust the loyalty program structure or benefits at any time.

Data Privacy, Security and Cookies

Rkgg collects data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and KYC procedures. Cookies are used to improve the service; continued use of the site constitutes consent to cookies under the site’s policy. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Bonus Rules and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws applicable to the site’s operation. Disputes will be resolved through the agreed dispute resolution process, with the decision of Rkgg management acting as final where applicable.
