General Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rkgg online platform and related services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Rkgg. If you do not accept these terms you must refrain from using the Service.

Changes to the Terms

Rkgg may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on the Site. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you object you must stop using the Service.

Eligibility and Jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into a contract. Access is restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your location. Use of location masking technologies or proxies to defeat geolocation is prohibited. You may only gamble with funds in your name and from a payment method registered to you.

Account Registration and Ownership

  • One account per person, household or IP address. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed and related transactions voided.
  • You must provide accurate personal information and maintain up to date contact details. You must provide a valid email address used for communications.
  • You may be required to verify identity before using the Service or before withdrawing funds, including providing documents such as government issued ID and proof of address.
  • You acknowledge that incomplete or false information may lead to suspension or termination of your account and withholding of funds.
  • We may request additional information as part of ongoing compliance with licensing and anti money laundering obligations.

Verification and KYC

Rkgg may perform identity and source of funds verification at any time. Identity checks may be conducted periodically or at request of a regulatory authority. Document verification may take up to five working days excluding holidays. During verification withdrawals may be restricted. If information provided is false or unverifiable the account may be closed and access to the Service denied. If age cannot be verified the account may be suspended or closed and funds returned as appropriate.

Username, Password and Security

You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized use you must notify Rkgg immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from negligent sharing of credentials or unauthorized use caused by third parties.

Restricted Use and Prohibited Conduct

  • You must not use the Service if under age or under the legal age in your jurisdiction. You must not use proxies or devices to mask location.
  • You must not attempt to obtain data from other customers or disrupt the Service or its operation. You must not engage in unsolicited marketing or affiliate link promotion.
  • You must not attempt to cheat or collude with other players. You must not scrape odds or infringe intellectual property rights. You must not engage in unlawful activity.
  • You may not sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor may you acquire an account from a third party.
  • You may not transfer funds between player accounts.
  • Rkgg may terminate your account for unauthorized use or other breaches of these terms.

Financial Transactions

  • To participate in the Service you must deposit funds into your account. Deposits must come from funds in your name and from a payment method registered to you. We do not accept third party deposits or cash payments.
  • You represent that funds deposited are not obtained through unlawful means and you will not dispute completed payments to circumvent liability.
  • During processing or verification, deposits may be held or flagged and affect your ability to wager or withdraw.
  • We may suspend withdrawals or block access if fraudulent activity, AML concerns or irregularities are detected. We may ban accounts and recover winnings in such cases.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions including welcome offers and free spin campaigns are offered under separate terms. Bonus eligibility, wagering requirements, game eligibility and the contribution of individual games to wagering are stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus winnings are not guaranteed and are subject to specific conditions. Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate promotions at any time.

Responsible Gambling

Rkgg provides tools to support responsible gambling including take a break and self exclusion options. You may activate these tools at any time via the responsible gambling page. A closure request or self exclusion does not remove responsibility for activity conducted prior to closure and is processed within a reasonable period, not exceeding 72 hours after confirmation by customer support where applicable.

Account Closure and Suspension

Rkgg may suspend or close an account without prior notice for breach of these terms or to preserve the integrity of the Service. Mature contractual obligations will be honored. If an account is closed or suspended, funds in the account will be returned in accordance with applicable law. An account may be reopened on request subject to verification checks and any restrictions in place at the time.

Data Protection and Privacy

Rkgg handles personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. We may use personal data to verify identity, process transactions and comply with licensing and regulatory obligations. Data may be shared with authorities as required by law. The privacy policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, graphics, software, logos and trademarks is owned by Rkgg or its licensors. Nothing herein grants permission to copy, reproduce or distribute content without explicit written consent.

Communications and Notices

By registering you consent to communications to the email address provided. We may notify you of changes to these terms and important account information by email. You must ensure your contact details are current.

Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

Rkgg excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rkgg from any claims, losses or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or breach of these terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to Rkgg. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration requirements under applicable law.

Customer Funds and Insolvency

Rkgg holds customer funds in dedicated accounts separate from company funds. Customer balances are not protected in the event of insolvency. The company will apply funds in accordance with legal and licensing obligations.

Miscellaneous

These terms and any documents referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Rkgg. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure or delay by Rkgg to exercise any right or remedy does not waive that right or remedy.
